Hagar Township is accepting bids for grounds and parks maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleanup and trash removal) of township properties, parks and cemeteries. Interested parties should contact Ken Bates, Township Maintenance Supervisor, at 269.921.4951 or kennywbates@gmail.com  by January 1, 2024 for bid specs. Submission deadline is Monday January 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Printed copies of the specs are available at Hagar Township Hall

This is for a 3-year contract (2024 - 2026). Sealed proposals must include proof of liability and workman’s compensation insurance, references and a short business summary. In addition, the selected business will be required to complete and submit IRS Form W-9 to the township clerk ( hagarclerk@gmail.com ).
